You have 7 days from the day your artwork arrives to decide if it’s the perfect fit for your space.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN MAGIC HAPPEN

Reach out to our customer support within the 7 day timeframe, sharing a bit about your purchase and why you’d like to return it.

RETURN COSTS

We believe in fairness! That’s why we’ll cover 50% of the return shipping cost for you.

CONVENIENT PICKUP

Our team will handle all the logistics, from organizing the collection to processing your refund. We’ll arrange a convenient pickup time to collect the artwork directly from your address.

EXCLUSIONS (BECAUSE DIGITAL AND PRINT ART IS A BIT DIFFERENT) 

Please note, our return policy doesn’t cover digital and limited edition print artworks. Once you’ve picked them, they’re yours to keep and cherish.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS IN SHIPMENT(OUR APOLOGIES)

Unfortunately, returns are not available for items damaged during shipment. We understand accidents happen, and that’s why our artworks are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please let us know immediately, and we’ll assist you through the insurance process.

CUSTOM FRAMING COSTS

Please be aware that any additional costs incurred for custom framing are non-refundable. This includes the cost of custom frames added to enhance your artwork.

SENDING YOUR ART BACK(HANDLE WITH LOVE)

To ensure a safe journey back to us, please package the artwork just as you received it. We want it to travel in style!

REFUND EXCITEMENT

Once we receive the returned artwork and check that it’s in its original condition, we’ll let you know about your refund. If all is good, it’ll be sent back to your original payment method.

OOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG?(DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ART)

If your artwork arrives with a little hiccup, like damage or a defect, snap some photos and let us know right away. We’ll work with you to make things right.
